2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose opens with blackberry and black currants. The body is a dark ruby color, semi opaque. Upon tasting you immediately identify the Terroir as a fairplay Cabernet with a mid palate full of our famous minerality from soil composed of granite, quartz and yes gold! The mountain fruit is nicely extracted on the legs and the tension of the mouthfeel lets you know you can lay this down for at least 5 years. This cab will compete against any of the finest fairplay cabs today, but over the next 5 years it will continue to soften and easily be your favorite! Enjoy!
