2019 Cabernet Reserve

For a wine to be a reserve we first start with our best barrels tasted monthly during our 2 years of barrel aging. Each time we taste we identify the barrels that excite us. From there we look to enhance the end product even more. We wanted a darker body with a little spice so we added 5% of petite syrah( tati’s favorite grape)! For even more of a darker wine and to tame some of fair plays exuberant minerality, we added 15% of our best award winning Malbec. The result is a dark ruby red wine with a silky, round,  mid -palate that is beautifully balanced. The finish is long and layered, with just the right amount of spice!  Enjoy this reserve for at least the next 10 years but dont wait to purchase as it will sell out quickly!
